Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of 6sense, Jason Zintak leads the company’s mission to help customers revolutionize revenue creation. Leveraging AI and data-driven intelligence, 6sense answers profound questions every B2B sales and marketing teams face like, which accounts are most likely to buy, who should we reach out to, and what should we say to engage?
Since Jason joined 6sense in 2017, the company has grown significantly by every measure, including increasing revenue from $5MM to $200MM+ ARR. Under Jason’s leadership, 6sense has been recognized for market-defining technology by Forbes Cloud 100, Inc. 5000, Deloitte Fast 500, Gartner, Forrester, and customer review platforms G2 and TrustRadius. The company has received recognition for its strong culture by Fortune and Inc. Magazine. Jason has also been honored by Goldman Sachs as one of the Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs of 2023.

Jason is a proven leader with a winning record of excellence in scaling marketing and sales organizations in growth-stage B2B software companies. Over the past 23 years, Jason has helped establish disruptive platforms in marketing technology, ERP, CRM, and supply chain. Most recently, he was CEO of Platfora, a leader in big data analytics, which was acquired by Workday in 2016. Prior to that, he was CRO at Responsys, which was acquired by Oracle in 2013 for $1.5B, and EVP of worldwide sales and marketing for JDA Software (now Blue Yonder). He also spent eight years at SAP, where he served in various sales and leadership roles spanning multiple technology categories and industry verticals.

Viral Bajaria
CTO & Co-Founder

As Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of 6sense, Viral Bajaria leads the AI-driven strategy transforming the way B2B organizations achieve predictable revenue growth. He also helps shape the company’s award winning, people-first, remote-first global workplace culture. A champion of diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging, Viral also serves as Executive Sponsor for the Women of 6sense Employee Resource Group (ERG).
Before co-founding 6sense in 2013, Viral spent five years in software development at Hulu where his passion for solving problems through data science took root.
Viral is a Y Combinator alumni (for GrepData which is now 6sense), a mentor to fellow co-founders and an investor in high-potential, problem-solving startups.

Latané Conant
Chief Revenue Officer

A trailblazer in the field of revenue technology, Latané Conant approaches her role as Chief Revenue Officer at 6sense with a unique blend of data-driven innovation and audacious vision. With experience in every facet of the revenue organization, Latané brings an unparalleled depth and breadth of perspective to her leadership. As the driving force behind the company’s go-to-market team, she propels business growth through strategic and operational excellence across marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, and professional services.
In 2018, Latané joined 6sense as Chief Market Officer, bringing her signature competitive spirit, category design expertise, and relentless focus on execution. During her tenure, and with the collaborative effort of a world-class team, the company has experienced robust year-over-year growth and achieved industry-leading net revenue retention. Latané has played a pivotal role in the company’s strategic expansion, contributing to its remarkable growth from 75 to over 1,200 employees and its impressive valuation of $5.2 billion.

Mark Ebert
SVP of Global Sales

As SVP Sales, Mark is responsible for leading all of 6sense Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams. Residing just outside of Boston, Mark is a passionate veteran of the SaaS Enterprise Sales, MarTech, and AdTech space with over 18 years of experience helping businesses leverage technology to achieve real, measurable results. Prior to joining 6sense, he spent 6 years with Responsys and later the Oracle Marketing Cloud working in their Enterprise division in both Sales and Sales leadership capacities.
Prior to Responsys, Mark spent 6 years with the Experian Marketing Services team in various sales roles.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time in Maine with his wife and three young children teaching them to ski, navigate hiking trails, and enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer.

Rob Goldenberg
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Rob leads the finance and accounting teams, overseeing financial planning and analysis, financial and managerial accounting, tax, and treasury. At 6sense, Rob is passionate about tracking financial metrics to support data-driven management decision-making. Prior to joining 6sense, Rob spent 15 years in investment banking working with companies in a broad range of industries and in multiple product disciplines.
For fun, Rob likes to create or review massive excel spreadsheets and then determine ways to automate those processes. In his spare time, you can find Rob teaching his young children song lyrics by Bob Dylan and Taylor Swift.

Sanjay Kini
Chief Customer Strategy Officer

As the Chief Customer Officer at 6sense, Sanjay leads the Customer Success team in ensuring that customers achieve their business objectives. He is a passionate veteran in the Enterprise Software/SaaS space having spent 20+ years driving customer transformation through technology. Sanjay spent 10+ years at Responsys/Oracle where he led the Solutions Consulting team across most of North America and APAC and later led Sales Consulting for the B2C practice within the Oracle Marketing Cloud.
Sanjay has held various leadership roles at Rational, Intellibank, BuildOnline and Naehas. Outside of work, Sanjay is an avid fan of the 49ers and Warriors, loves to cook for friends and family and is on a quest to learn how to make great Pinot Noir wine.

Jeff Romano
Chief Customer Officer

Jeff Romano brings over 25 years of expertise in building and managing highly successful global customer success teams for high-growth software companies, with leadership roles at industry pioneers such as Oracle, Saviynt, Exabeam, and 8×8. As Chief Customer Officer, Jeff will drive 6sense’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and results. He will oversee every stage of the customer journey, from seamless onboarding to fostering engagement that drives adoption and ensuring customers achieve measurable value aligned with their goals.
A recognized advocate for customer-centric strategies, Jeff is dedicated to strengthening 6sense’s legacy of building long-term relationships focused on customer outcomes. His proven ability to drive rapid value realization and foster unwavering customer satisfaction has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the technology industry.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and resides in the Bay Area where he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding in his free time.

Terese Lam
Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer of 6sense, Terese leads the People Team and is passionate about driving impact through empowering, developing and challenging people to be the best version of themselves.
Prior to 6sense, she was the Chief People Officer at Wind River, a global intelligent edge software company, where she was instrumental in driving transformation across all aspects related to people, culture and organization that resulted in a successful exit. She has over 20 years of HR experience in both large multi-national and medium-sized high-growth organizations spanning across the globe, having lived in Australia, Singapore, France, UK, and now the U.S. Her experiences include vice president/ head of people for AppDynamics, executive HR leader for the GE Grid Software Solutions business leading integration and cultural transformation efforts following its acquisition of Alstom Grid. Prior to GE, she served in a range of leadership roles at Alstom Grid, including vice president, talent management based in Paris and regional HR director for East Asia Pacific based in Singapore.
Outside of work, for fun, Terese enjoys traveling the globe, cooking and appreciating culinary food. She is also a big Marvel fan.

Jerome Levadoux
Chief Product Officer

Jerome Levadoux, an accomplished leader with over two decades of technology and leadership experience, serves as the Chief Product Officer at 6sense. With an emphasis on accelerating innovation across the company’s portfolio of AI-powered products and platform, he leads product development, design, and global strategy efforts.
Jerome joined 6sense with a track record for scaling global business efforts for industry leaders like DocuSign, SAP, Oracle, and HP. As Chief Product Officer of DocuSign, Jerome helped grow the company from $250 million to $2.5 billion in revenue. With his deep understanding of AI and the B2B landscape, Jerome is a central leader in creating and executing 6sense’s product vision and ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the Revenue AI category.
Jerome holds graduate degrees in engineering from University of California, Berkeley, and École Centrale Paris, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently lives in the Bay area with his family.

Andrea Migdal
General Counsel

Andrea Migdal has served as General Counsel to 6sense, the leading platform to revolutionize the way B2B organizations create, manage, and convert pipeline to revenue, for over 9 years. She started as the sole counsel when 6sense was a 30-person start-up, and it has since grown to more than 1,200 employees worldwide.
Before joining 6sense, Andrea ran her own practice for more than 15 years, serving as outside counsel for fast-growth, leading-edge technology clients. Her expertise in emerging technology was formed during her years as a partner with Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA) within the firm’s technology, IP, and corporate practice groups.
Combining her passion for start-ups and her desire to inspire the next generation, Andrea advised astronaut Sally Ride to found Imaginary Lines, a company focused on encouraging and supporting girls’ interest in science, technology, engineering, and math. Andrea then served as General Counsel for the organization.
Andrea now works with her talented 6sense legal colleagues on all things related to commercial, corporate, privacy/compliance, marketing, and product (including ad tech) in support of 6sense and its broader community of customers.

Premal Shah
SVP of Engineering and Infrastructure & Co-Founder

Premal Shah, 6sense Co-Founder and SVP of Engineering and Infrastructure, is big on big data processing, signal extraction and UI. His expertise and enthusiasm also spans data-driven insights, problem solving and scalability.
Before 6sense, Premal was one of the co-founders of GrepData, the Y Combinator backed startup that simplified Hadoop to make Big Data more accessible for everyone. Prior to his tenure with GrepData, he designed databases and optimized data access for Livingly Media.
Premal is most proud of his role as the father of two. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bryan Wise
Chief Information Officer

Bryan Wise is the SVP and CIO at 6sense, the leader in driving revenue predictability for B2B revenue teams. He is responsible for overseeing and driving innovation within the Business Technology team. This function includes Enterprise Applications, Security, IT Operations, Corporate Data, and Procurement.
Bryan is a Bay Area native and a technology veteran starting his IT career in the late 1990s living through the dot com rush. Before 6sense, he was the CIO at GitLab responsible for building the necessary processes and tech stack for a successful IPO in October 2021. He was also hired as the first Vice President to lead the IT function at Snowflake, responsible for scaling enterprise applications, supporting employee growth and global infrastructure during the initial hyper-growth stage where the company went from 400 to 2000 employees in 18 months and achieved a valuation of $3.5B. Prior to Snowflake, he worked at DocuSign as the VP of IT Operations where he was responsible for driving global infrastructure, devops platforms and service delivery at scale. Bryan is passionate about building high performing teams that directly impact business outcomes.
Bryan lives in Menlo Park with his wife Janne, son Ayden 16, daughter Kylee 13 and their two dogs Briscoe and Yuki. When not working, he embraces his Peloton to keep the blood flowing.

Saima Rashid
SVP, Marketing

Saima leads the 6sense marketing team as SVP, Marketing and Revenue Analytics. Saima has nearly two decades of marketing analytics experience in both B2B and B2C environments for Fortune 1000 companies across a variety of industries. Her unique ability to leverage performance insights to align marketing, sales, and customer success allows her to drive impressive results, including exponential year-over-year revenue growth. As a former customer of 6sense, she brings a deep, on-the-ground understanding of the platform and its value to her position.
As a five-time award-winning marketing, analytics and revenue operations leader, Saima has earned recognition from Forrester’s 2020 Program of the Year for the strategy and implementation of an AI-driven engine that combined predictive account intelligence with internal resource optimization to drive millions in incremental pipeline.
Saima was raised in Canada and has an MBA with concentrations in MIS and Marketing. She currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her two children. She enjoys travel and thrill seeking and spends much of her free time supporting philanthropic endeavors that she is passionate about including those that focus on children, education, and clean water projects.
